Volume inaccessible due to EZE host failure - need help recovering data

Hi Fly team,

My app “congre-la-perla-strapi-back” and its database “congre-la-perla-strapi-back-db” were running on a host in the “eze” region which recently suffered hardware damage. The volume appears as unreachable, and I’m getting 502 errors when querying the backend.

I understand from the incident page that the host has been marked as irreparably damaged. I’m wondering if there’s any chance to recover the data from that volume or if it’s permanently lost.

The volume shows up with state created but cannot be reached. This project is important and I’d like to know if recovery is possible before moving forward with a clean deployment.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
