Verified but no certificates

Is there a known issue with certificate issuance? My domain is verified but the certificate is not issuing. The CLI flyctl certs check <domain> does not report any errors. In addition letsdebug.net shows all green for tls-alpn-01 for the domain. I have ran into this before and I think I remember that deleting the certificate and recreating it resolved things. That didn’t work this time.

Note I use Cloudflare Universal SSL but not on this subdomain. The _acme_challenge record is not present for the apex or subdomain. Custom Domains and SSL Certificates · Fly Docs

I ended up using [[services]] and the default_self_signed option then CloudFlare for certs. Note this seems to require a dedicated IPv4 on the Fly side. Fly Launch configuration (fly.toml) · Fly Docs
