VAT Invoice

Hi,

I cannot add my company details nor its VAT number through Stripe Billing Details form (for a eu-based company).

Is it possible to somehow ask for an invoice with my company’s detail on it (I thought about using the Address Line 1 and 2 to add them but it doesn’t seem ideal).

Checking up on this. I don’t think we support VAT invoices on the existing system just yet, let me figure out what your options are.

I’m starting direct messages to those who want VAT numbers updated, and I can get them on the invoice.

Yes, I was able to add my VAT invoice to the generated invoices.

Maybe the option has to be enabled by someone at Fly.io, but for me, the following works:

  1. Account > Organizations
  2. Select organization
  3. Open Billing page
  4. On the top, next to Account State, click “Manage Billing”
  5. This should open Stripe Billing
  6. Click on Billing Information > Update information
  7. I was able to add my VAT number in the Tax ID field
