URGENT — accidental destroy of ALL apps in org personal; please undelete nudraq + nudraq-demo-pg volumes

Account: wongshengming13@gmail.com
Org: personal (黃聖洺)
Region: sin (Singapore)
Approx deletion time: 2026-10-25 evening Hong Kong time (UTC+8) / afternoon UTC — PowerShell 5.1 ConvertFrom-Json array bug caused fly apps destroy -y on every app in the org.

Destroyed apps (need recovery if possible):

  • nudraq — production control plane (https://nudraq.fly.dev)
  • nudraq-demo-pg — shared Unmanaged/flex Postgres (postgres-flex:18.1), DB nudraq_control, volumes (likely pg_data)
  • nudraq-school-runtime — image registry
  • also test apps: nq-ab-stg-ctl, nq-s-ab-auto-* (lower priority)

Current CLI state: fly apps list = empty; fly volumes list -a <app> --all = app not found; no MPG clusters.

Please urgently check whether apps and especially nudraq-demo-pg volumes are still in pending_destroy (<24h) or snapshots remain, and undelete/preserve them. We have no local DB backup; secrets are write-only and cannot be re-read.

Note: We may also recreate empty apps with the same names for continuity — please advise if that blocks undelete.
