Unable to set up supercronic - curl not found

I’ve launched a new app and I’m trying to set up supercronic as per the instuctions here: Crontab with Supercronic · Fly Docs which I have done successfully before. I’m using the copy-pasta for the latest version (v0.2.41).

However the deploy is failing to install supercronic with the error: /bin/sh: 1: curl: not found

Anyone else seen this? Is it a known issue? It’s not a complete showstopper because I don’t need cron support right now but I will in a few weeks’ time.

Hi… You probably just need to install curl near the beginning of your build. (The snippet that they gave there isn’t complete.)

If you post your entire current Dockerfile, someone might be able to suggest particular amendments…

Edit: Previous version said “install cron”, which was circular, :grimacing:. Sorry for the typo!

Thank you! That was the issue.
