Unable to delete Upstash Redis addon: "Not authorized to access this addon"

Hi,

I’m trying to destroy my Fly.io app funcalv4 (org: personal) but I’m blocked by an
Upstash Redis addon that returns authorization errors on every operation:

  • flyctl redis list → Error: input:4:3: addOns.nodes[0] Not authorized to access this
    addon
  • flyctl redis destroy → Error: input:3:2: deleteAddOn Not authorized to manage this
    addon
  • flyctl apps destroy funcalv4 → same addon authorization error

I’ve already destroyed both machines in the app but cannot delete the app itself due to
this broken Redis addon.

Could you please:

  1. Remove/detach the orphaned Upstash Redis addon(s) from my account
  2. Delete the funcalv4 app
  3. Issue a refund for the Redis charges, given that the addon was in a broken state that
    prevented me from managing or deleting it
