Unable to build python app

Tried for a while to build my Django app in Sydney region with the default builder but I get:

Error failed to fetch an image or build from source: failed building options: Post "https://api.fly.io/graphql": http2: server sent GOAWAY and closed the connection; LastStreamID=2147483647, ErrCode=NO_ERROR, debug=""

or

Error failed to fetch an image or build from source: failed building options: upstream service is unavailable

Any ideas? Also getting GraphQL errors when I try to proxy postgres.

Still unable to build or proxy or ssh to anything, intermittently getting timed out or graphql GOAWAY errors.
