Unable to Access My Fly.io Organization After Domain Lockout

Hi everyone,

I created an organization called DigiScia on Fly.io while logged in with xxxxxgmail.com At that time, I mistakenly added the domain yyyyyy**.com** to the organization, thinking it was required to deploy my Django app on that domain.

Since then, I can see the organization in the dashboard, but when I try to access it, Fly.io asks me to sign in with an email like xxxx@rentreprise.com, which I don’t currently have.

I also tried accessing the organization using the CLI, but flyctl orgs list only shows my personal organization. The DigiScia organization does not appear, which means I’m probably not logged in through the same authentication provider I used originally.

I do own the domain entreprise.com, but I’m currently locked out of my organization and can’t access the settings to validate or remove the domain.

How can I regain access to my organization?
Is there a way to remove or validate the domain from the outside, or could someone from the Fly.io team help unlock my organization?

Hi… Whenever you have requests or questions specific to your own account, it’s best to email billing@fly.io. That way, you don’t have to post your contact information, etc., here in the community forum. Unlike the other email addresses, anyone can send questions to billing.
