Unable to access account

I have lost access to an email I used with a Fly account. How I can retrieve that account and what information I need to provide to access my account or transfer to new account. Please help. Thanks

Hi… Sorry to hear you had trouble with this… You can email billing@fly.io to inquire about account recovery as well as to make other, similar requests. Unlike the other addresses, anyone can send questions there.
