Time across regions

Hi,

Is the time of the machines synchronized across machines in different regions? If so, what’s the expected time accuracy or drift?

I’m trying to understand if I need to run an NTP daemon to have the same time across all machines.

Hi, our init program runs a thing that keeps the clock updated on Machines every 15 seconds. There should not be any clock drift!
