This issue does not seem to be resolved. I can still reproduce by disconnecting and reconnecting to my VPN (requests without VPN are blocked by ISP). Can we get eyes on this?

Which VPN provider you are using that is blocking?
As I mentioned, my VPN is not blocking my requests. My ISP is and my VPN is what allows requests to go through.
Who is the ISP?
