Telnor/Infinitum traffic from Tijuana still cannot reach Fly.io after LAX/SJC incident

The LAX/SJC upstream network incident was marked resolved at 15:57 UTC, but Fly.io remains completely unreachable through Telnor/Infinitum in Tijuana, Baja California, Mexico.

This is not limited to our application. Through the affected connection, we cannot access:

Connectivity tests from the same device:

  • Telnor/Infinitum Wi-Fi without VPN: Fails

  • Cellular data: Works normally

  • VPN over the affected Telnor Wi-Fi: Works normally

Because everything works immediately through cellular data or a VPN, the applications and devices appear healthy. This looks like a lingering routing or peering issue between Telnor/Infinitum in Baja California and Fly.io following the LAX/SJC incident.

Could someone from the Fly.io networking team verify the routes serving Telnor/Infinitum traffic from Tijuana? The incident may have been resolved globally while this network path remains affected.

I can provide traceroute results privately if needed.

could you please post a traceroute / mtr -rwbzo "LSD NABVW" to debug.fly.dev or fly.io?
