Stuck with a “Setting up your IDE” message on phoenix.new. Tried using Restart IDE an logging out and back in. Not getting any type of error message. Also I cannot type in the chat box.

I seem to be stuck in the same situation. It’s been hung for days, and I can’t find any way of telling it to stop whatever it was trying to do and wipe back to a steady state.
My phoenix.new project is also stuck in setting up IDE.
Your IDE file system was corrupted so I had to hard reset 
I threw some credits your way. We fixed up some things with our fs overlay that should prevent this kind of thing but I think yours was corrupted prior to the patch. Sorry about that and hopefully the credits give you some more tinker time!
Your IDE was in a bad state and I was able to bring it back by restarting via hamburger menu. Working on better orchestration so you don’t need to do this kind of thing when things go sideways.

You can restart the IDE from the hamburger menu if things get wedged. I just restarted yours and logs show it came back up okay. Sorry about that!
Restarted yours as well and looks good. You can try to kick it yourself from hamburger menu if it gets stuck again. We’re working on better orchestration so we can detect this sort of thing.
