Stuck on "setting up IDE"

I tried restarting the IDE and I am still getting setting up IDE and I went from $20 to $10.49 after adding more money.

So sorry about that! Your fs got corrupted and I had to hard reset it so wasn’t able to recover your files. I threw a chunk of credits your way for the trouble!
