Standard Support Trial form message fails to send a message

I’m trying to submit an issue for support. Currently on free trial with Standard Support Trial showing active. When I attempt to submit a ticket the following error is thrown “Failed to submit support request. Please email us directly”. Attempting to email support@fly.io is an unmonitored email address.

How do I resolve this issue so I can submit a support ticket?
