Hey again, just to mention we’ve updated the naming so that we now refer to “storage” and “hot storage”. “Storage” is the stuff in Tigris, “hot storage” is the local NVMe stuff.
Hot storage is indeed only billed when your Sprite is running. “Storage” is billed all the time. Hopefully this naming is a bit clearer and less confusing.
Also an update to this for anyone visiting this thread going forward - we now completely turn of billing when a Sprite moves from running to warm. So you are only billed for CPU/RAM/hot storage when your Sprite is running, and not billed at all when warm.
