Some users are unable to use app

Hi some users are unable to connect to my fly io server. I know BOM has issues but none of my service uses that. One of the user is located in Los Angeles, and still is facing issues connecting with the app. For example he says whenever he is in San Gabriel valley area he is not able to use my app Will creating an instance in lax help ?

I already have my instances in:

  • iad (Ashburn) - East Coast
  • ewr (Newark) - East Coast
  • sjc (San Jose) - West Coast
  • fra (Frankfurt) - Europe

Would you clarify what “unable to use app” means exactly? Can you reproduce the issue yourself? Could you offer a screenshot? What’s the URL of your app (so that readers can try connecting to it)?

Even others are having same issue fly.dev domains intermittent network connection issues

any solutions?
