I’m having the same issue as many of you before; when trying to use Phoenix.new, I get “Setting up you IDE” to hang indefinitely whether using Firefox or Chromium under Ubuntu Noble. And yes, tried hard resetting and refresh; cleared all protection settings but the result is the same.
