s6-overlay crashed when deploying webtop

I tried to deploy webtop, however the app crashed because s6-overlay could only be running as pid 1.logs are as follows:
2025-06-01T04:31:01.181 app[d891331c054958] hkg [info] s6-overlay-suexec: fatal: can only run as pid 1
what should I do next?
