Recently I started to observe that some of my apps have start-up time from suspended state upto 50sec(!) Fly proxy returns 502 after 30s, so even very patient user can not access the app 
here the recent log, where the machine started in 23s or 27s – from suspended state, it’s not even a cold start!

Also, sometimes machines may hang on in ‘starting’ state for days, not responding at all. So the only way to re-start them is to destroy –force, and then re-deploy.
