Same issue here. And also triggered “unlock account” earlier today.
I am also having this issue. I’ve unlocked my account already but I cannot create new organisations. Please help.
You need to email billing@fly.io to get us to look at your account. This is an abuse prevention restriction. We will occasionally remove the restriction for paying users, though.
Hi kurt, thanks for your reply. I’ve emailed billing@fly.io last night but there’s been no response. I am not sure how I got added to the abuse prevention restriction though. I haven’t been doing much on the account at all.
