Request to Delete Apps and Organization (applynova)

Hello Fly.io Support,

I am trying to delete the app “applynova” and the organization “velaphi-thamsanqa-nkosi”.
I keep receiving authorization errors when using Flyctl. It appears these resources are tied to the applynova.co.za Google Workspace account, which I no longer control.

Please assist in deleting these apps and organizations, or transferring ownership to my current account so I can close them cleanly.

Hi… You should direct account recovery requests (as well as any other topics specific to your account) to their dedicated billing@fly.io mailbox. Unlike the other email addresses, anyone can send there.

Transferring ownership is a big deal, of course, and I would allow a fair amount of time for them to do all the verification, etc., particular since the year’s biggest holiday is now gradually starting…
