My account is using Pay as you go plan so when I tried to scale a machine for BOM region, it’s throwing the error as the title, how can I fix it? I want to extend a machine in India.

Hi there,
I’d recommend trying a nearby alternate region (sin has good latency to India, check https://rtt.fly.dev), as currently deployments to bom are somewhat restricted as you saw.
The error message is a bit misleading, as you can’t really subscribe to those paid plans anymore - the best solution is indeed to use a different region.

I also using the Pay as you go plan so still can’t use bom region? My application have many clients at India so that is the main reason I wan to deploy to bom
@huykon225 Are you creating the BOM machines within your main / personal org? Or are you using a linked org with Unified Billing to bill it through it to your primary org?
If you’re only seeing it on the linked org and not the primary, there may be a bug happening

Yeah I am using organize and want to scale the new machine into BOM. I also see the billing only for personal, it always redirect to the personal when access to billing

Yes, you should be able to deploy to BOM with all of your orgs. Let us know if you still see any issues
