I hope you’re doing well.
I’m writing to request a full refund for a recent charge of approximately $160 on my account.
I had signed up to try Fly.io and was only testing the platform. I did not launch anything significant or intentionally subscribe to any paid plans. Unfortunately, your pricing structure was very confusing to me, and I was not aware that my testing would result in such a large charge.
This was completely unintentional. I was simply exploring the platform, and I did not plan or budget for these charges.
I would really appreciate it if you could please fully refund this amount.
I will also make sure to delete my account and stop using the service to avoid any future charges, as I do not intend to continue.
