I have a question about the HDS agreement we need to have in France to store Health data.
We are using fly today for our app, and our users keep asking about storing Health Data.
We have a list of provider : Liste des hébergeurs certifiés | esante.gouv.fr
but you are not listed as one.
But since many providers like AWS are listed, and you have a HIPAA agreement already. Could an HDS agreement is possible?
