PSA: Fly MPG in Canada and the UK

Hi… Just a quick note that the official docs for Managed Postgres were updated yesterday to list lhr (UK) and yyz (Canada) as supported regions.

This is excellent, being eminently logical areas requested multiple times in the past, e.g.,

This leaves only six regions, jnb, bom, dfw, cdg, arn, and ewr, still lacking MPG.
