Problem issuing certificate

Running fly certs add chat.onseam.com

A Record (76.76.21.98) does not match app's IP (109.105.219.7)
Address resolution (76.76.21.98) does not match app's IP (109.105.219.7/2a09:8280:1::a:1a1d)
Address resolution (76.76.21.142) does not match app's IP (109.105.219.7/2a09:8280:1::a:1a1d)

After adding the CNAME record and running fly certs check chat.onseam.com I get the below.

fly certs check chat.onseam.com
The certificate for chat.onseam.com has not been issued yet.
Your certificate for chat.onseam.com is being issued. Status is Awaiting certificates.

and the above status doesn’t change

Are you running behind a proxy? Because I had this issue with Cloudflare before realising I had left the proxy on during certificate generation (turning it off fixes the issue).
