[PM07] failed to change machine state: machine still active, refusing to start

My app recently went offline for both staging and prod. When trying to start the machine up I’m getting the following error until it times out

[PM07] failed to change machine state: machine still active, refusing to start.

Eventually it just times out. Everything loads locally just fine so I’m not sure what’s happening. Any help would be appreciated.

Could you supply for readers the output of flyctl machine status <machineid>?
