phoenix.new stuck on “Setting up your IDE” for 24+ hours

Hi,

My phoenix.new has been stuck for more than 24 hours. It stays on “Setting up your IDE” and never progresses. It’s not working even for new chats.

I’ve already tried clearing the cache, squashing history, restarting the IDE, and everything else I could think of. Each attempt to fix it also consumes balance.

How can I get this unstuck or reset/unblock it?
