Phoenix.new stopped responding to prompts and showing offline symbol

I have been coding on Pheonix.New from last 20 hours continuously with sufficient credits. However, LLM prompt programming stopped unexpectedly and not responding for any prompt. Kindly help me to resolve the issue as soon as possible..

please restore my IDE without losing any data or guide me for debugging

I’m guessing here. There was a large Claude outage about the same time as you posted this. That might have been the issue with the timeouts.

unfortunately, we lost data and phoenix.new credits during the outrage. I wish team phoenix consider and give away some credits for our team.:crossed_fingers:

Are you sure the phoenix.new credits were used if the requests were failing?
