Phoenix.new environment is broken and my credit of $150 vanished

Hello,

My phoenix.new seems to be broken and the chat is going nuts.
Chris was gracious enough to credit back my account $150 after an issue. However I cancelled my subscription because I didn’t want to keep paying $20/m while I had $150 credit.
I went away for 30 days and finally came back to start working on the project again. When I logged back in my $150 credit was gone and I had to re subscribe for $20 to get my project back.

Here is what I logged into.
Here is screenshot of 8 of these things out of maybe 200.

I’m not sure what is going on with my account. I have no idea where my $150 credit went.

Please investigate.

Hi there, Phoenix.new credits are active for 1 month from the moment they’re granted [0]. Is it possible that the $150 was granted over a month ago?

And confirm, you need an active subscription to be able to login to Phoenix.new.

So if I buy something its only valid for 1 month?
If I spend $200 and don’t use it in one month I lose my $200?
That is a little ridiculous don’t you think.

Also, my UI chat window is flooded with error exit messages.
