Hello,
I signed up for a Phoenix.new/Fly.io account including setting up credit card after fighting with a very buggy payment setup process. I spent two days building a Phoenix.new project. Today I burned through the initial $20 and was prompted to purchase more credits. After purchasing the credits, my app is gone! It is not shown in either the personal or company organization. How can I recover my app?
UPDATE: I am able now able to see the app and LLM agent in the IDE, and subsequently able to push the project to Git; however (1) there seems to be several duplicate files in the project root and also in the app folder, (2) the app is still missing from the fly.io Dashboard, (3) attempts to get the LLM Agent to continue repeatedly trigger a prompt to purchase more credits — even though the Fly.io Dashboard shows available credits, and (4) I’m afraid to try a reset of the server since the IDE and backend seem to be disassociated so I don’t want to risk deleting server cache/chat history that may be helpful in restoring the app.
I’ve sent email to billing@fly.io, but have not yet received a reply.
I hope this additional information is helpful.
Any suggestions on restoring proper operation is appreciated.
