I tried even switching from Github container registry to fly..issue remained the same.
This happen to us (stuck at successful pulled image, but does not goes forward) when trying to fork-from in legacy postgres in GRU region. Which region you are having this problem?
We’re not running any postgres on those machines
but machines are located in AMS
Changing the region from AMS to ARN “solved” the issue…

Funny enough, changing from GRU to GIG or IAD also solved our problem. There is definitely something going wrong depending on the region and service.

I’m also having some issues, but with ARN, and logs either…
Scaled up in ARN now and now it worked.
I’m also having issues with the App Builder in AMS. Stuck on Waiting for depot builder....
Now both the App Builder, and ARN is working normally.
