link on the Managed Postgres dashboard, to file a ticket. I don’t have a cluster myself, to try this out, but according to the docs you should be able to reach Fly.io Support that way:

Aside: In general, you aren’t expected to debug Managed Postgres yourself—although there should nevertheless be better ways to see things like logs and metrics in the future…
