My managed postgres cluster is down and cannot restore

I have a Postgres managed cluster that is offline no messages or logs to debug, If I restore the cluster, the new created one is empty and the provided connection url does not have permissions to modify the public schema …
I think something is verywrong, as fly mpg list does not list any cluster

Hi… Try the Support Portal link on the Managed Postgres dashboard, to file a ticket. I don’t have a cluster myself, to try this out, but according to the docs you should be able to reach Fly.io Support that way:

Fly.io Support Portal to log tickets and get help

In contrast, the community forum can mainly only offer guesses and sympathy, from fellow users, :red_rock_dwelling:.

Aside: In general, you aren’t expected to debug Managed Postgres yourself—although there should nevertheless be better ways to see things like logs and metrics in the future…

Hi, Thanks for your sympathy I will open a support ticket
