Hi there I had a machine in fra region lately I scaled it to 2cpus and 2ram and cloned it into ams region. after a couple of days i noticed that my original fra machine diesappeared - i have never deleted it, in the dashboard i could see 2 machines, but inside machine tab I only saw ams machine. fly machine list also showed only my new ams machine. Later I tried to clone ams machine into fra machine but could not do it for some reason I had some error, only like half an hour ago I successfully cloned it and now I can see it was created. But now I still see on the dashboard it says I have 3 machines , and not 2. And I just wanted to make sure everything is okay ? I do not want to pay for the machine that I do not have. Can someone please check if I only have 2 machines now, one in ams region and the second one in fra region. Also why would a machine suddenly disappear without my interference? How are you creating machines? Machines created via the REST API that exit normally will disappear; I assume that’s by design.
To get support from staff here, you’ll need to edit your post to contain an app name, or at least something to identify your account.

Just to be clear, I can’t check; I am just a customer. You can identify Fly employees by a little purple hot-air balloon in their profile picture. I expect they will look this up for you shortly.
