More Sprites Plans!

Hey folks! We’ve just shipped more Sprites plans for those that want a higher concurrent active Sprites allowance. Plans include the listed monthly allowances. Usage beyond included amounts is billed at standard usage-based rates (see Sprites - Stateful sandboxes):

All plans except Mythic and Guild are self-service from the Sprites dashboard. If you’re interested in either of those two top-limit plans, reach out to billing@fly.io (you can also click “Contact Us” in the dashboard, it’ll open up an email template addressed to that email).

You can’t change plans just yet, we’ll have that out ASAP next week (likely by EOD Monday).

For anyone who already purchased the one paid plan we had prior to this, you’re effectively on Adventurer now!

Hi,

  1. How can we upgrade our plan?

I’m on Adventurer and when I go to Dashboard Sprites - Stateful sandboxes > Manage > Plans & Billing I only see option to Cancel Subscription.

No upgrade or information on other plans. Pricing page completely non existent except this one post 20 days ago.

  1. How can we see usage on current plans? Cost Explorer doesn’t have it or at least I can’t reconcile the numbers.

Upgrade/downgrade is in the works.

Plans page has the same pricing information as above.

Cost explorer is the way, or you can check your preview invoice at: https://fly.io/dashboard/ORG_SLUG/billing/invoices/upcoming

If you have questions about the numbers, I’d suggest reaching out to support or billing@fly.io if you do not have an active support plan.

Thanks, where’s the plan page. I can’t locate it. I’m signed in on sprites.dev

It’s the page on which you can subscribe to a plan (https://sprites.dev/account/ORG_SLUG/plan). If you have an active subscription, it currently just shows your subscription. If you have no active subscription, it will show the plans table in the original post above. It doesn’t have any additional information.
