Hey - since the 15th the resource metrics for one of my apps is showing “no data” in grafana. I have pretty much the same config setup for my staging app which is reporting correctly. Is anyone aware of what could cause this or how do resolve? I can still see logs and edge data however the instance and app dashboards are missing my CPU/Memory data.
Are the resources in the SEA region or somewhere else? If the SEA region, it might be related to this thread: Machines having issues in SEA?
The machines are all in LHR so I dont think there are any ongoing platform issues that could be impacting here.
I’m seeing a similar issues with machines in LHR. Apps with machines in other regions, like AMS, have memory and cpu stats.
These stats are missing both from Graphana and the dashboard metrics.
Hi all - this should be resolved now. We had multiple LHR hosts from a specific upstream provider that weren’t configured properly. Please let us know if you’re still not seeing metrics for those machines!
