Managed Postgres Backup Recovery Window

It seems like the recovery window for managed Postgres is 10 days. I don’t see anywhere to adjust this. Is it possible to change? If not, do you plan to offer this in the near future? This is kinda of a deal breaker for us.

I don’t disagree with the thrust of your post, but are you not planning to take off-site backups as well? If your data is valuable, you should be taking a snapshot outside of Fly.

I trust Fly, but it is absolutely possible to fall out with a cloud provider, who could then hold your data hostage e.g. in the event of a billing dispute.

That’s true, thanks. I did not think about that. A short recovery window is not a big problem if you have an off-site backup (which you should have).
