Machines are disabled for this organization

I’m getting the following error:

✓ Configuration is valid
--> Verified app config
==> Building image
WARN Failed to start remote builder heartbeat: failed to launch VM: machines are disabled for this organization

This started a few hours ago. The only change I’ve done has been to link this organization billing to a parent organization (which I can’t undo?).

Anyone knows how to fix this…?
