I am attempting to install fly on my Synology NAS. However, I receive the following error using sudo or not:
mkdir: cannot create directory ‘/var/services/homes’: File exists

Do you get this error when you run the install.sh script, or when you run flyctl
?
Will you try downloading the release archive and just running the binary from here? Release v0.0.325 · superfly/flyctl · GitHub
It turns out I needed to enable user home service in control panel. Once I did that, I was able to install without any issue.
