We have a customer who would like to document where all their data is located. While we can obviously pin applications and database clusters to a region, the central Grafana at https://fly-metrics.net/ is more of a mystery. Is it known where data for these metrics and logs is stored at the region level? Even an “in the US” or “in the EU” answer would be helpful, but I cannot find an authoritative answer.
fly hosted logs/metrics are currently stored in US - specifically replicated between New York and Boston, although the specific locations may change in the future.
