When I tried to deploy using it, I got a message asking me to enter the CC information. Is it possible to deploy without adding cc ?

I don’t have a cc yet. But i wanna try it

Unfortunately, no:

Fly ask for a credit card to check you are a human and to avoid abuse. As long as you stay within the free tier’s allowance it won’t be billed though.
