IPv6 egress timing out from two Machines in iad (no incident posted)

Since about 16:25 UTC on Oct 29, two of our Machines in iad can’t open any outbound IPv6 connection; new TCP connects time out, including to ipv6.google.com:443. IPv4 egress from the same Machines works. Two other Machines in iad running the same image are unaffected.

Affected: cme-api-demo machine 8e729dc7776638 (instance 01M61HHGHQQMDJ9KVTETXDJ3FA) and cme-api-staging machine 829622f7245168
Unaffected: cme-api-demo 8040d1a6265e48, cme-api-staging 815671c947e708
Impact: our Postgres host is IPv6-only, so these Machines can’t connect to their database.
Is there a known issue with a host in iad? We can move the Machines, but wanted to flag it.
