Internal DNS issues?

Hello everyone,
after a successful deployment in a new region (mad) due to capacity issues in ams we are experience internal DNS issues. Our app “abc.internal” gets not resolved. All healthchecks are green, but not in the DNS.

Anyone here experiencing the same?
