Incorrect RAM Charges

I have some shared-cpu-6x machines, and after reviewing my billing over the past few months, I noticed that I’ve been charged for “Machines Shared 6x: Additional RAM (gru)” and “Machines Shared 6x: Additional RAM (iad)”. However, I am not using any additional RAM on these machines.

All machines in my organization that use cpu-6x are showing this extra charge, which appears to be incorrect. I need the billing team a review of the past invoices, a correction of the issue, and once the problem is identified, a refund for the incorrect charges from the past months.
