I left some apps running accidentally - can I ask for the bill to be canceled?

Hey, I was just testing few apps, and left them accidentaly. There wasn’t any visits as I wasnt using kt, but I forgot to turn it off. Is it possible to get refund for 95.73eu.

I would be very thankful if it would be possible to get refund.
