When I set fly autoscale balanced min=10 max=100, I get a response that indicates max=50. How do I increase the limit beyond that? For context, I need some payloads to run in excess of 200 parallel instances and most average 100.

Yep, that is the default limit (I guess to prevent abuse). Contact them to ask to increase it:
