How do I execute a DPA for a personal (Hobby) organization?

Hi all, I run a small vocal-training web app (obiwan-server, region nrt) under a personal org. Our users are in South Korea, and Korea’s privacy law (PIPA) requires us to document processing and cross-border transfer terms with our hosting processor.

I emailed compliance@fly.io on Oct 31 but only received the support auto-reply. I couldn’t find a DPA on Fly.io Terms of Service · Fly Docs or in the dashboard.

Is there a standard Fly.io DPA (with sub-processor list and transfer mechanism) that Hobby-tier customers can accept or sign? If so, where? Thanks!

Hi! You can request a copy of our pre-signed DPA through the Trust Center on the dashboard. You can also see our list of sub-processors here: https://fly.io/legal/sub-processors/

it is october 31 (saturday) at the time of this post. someone from our compliance team will get back to you during the work week. but yes, as our support team mentioned, you can request a DPA from the Trust Center: https://fly.io/dashboard/personal/compliance
