GitHub Actions stopped deploying app. We can see delay when trying to deploy
Could you help me find a solution? today I scaled the app to 10 web processes
It looks like that deploy got interrupted, and then the CLI probably hung. Deploy monitoring from the CLI is a little flakey in Github actions.
It looks like the next version deployed properly.
