I’m not quite sure what you mean by “Legacy Legacy” and “Legacy”. I think you’re alluding to the fact that previously it was possible to never consume your trial credit, because the free allowance would be consumed first?
Yes exactly, but with your explanation it makes sense now. Basically it’s not a new major version of the Hobby Plan, just a fix 
So if I want to continue to have a completely free usage, I need to switch to PAYG and make sure that I’m below the 5$ limit, right?

As mentioned earlier, default (a.k.a personal) orgs on PAYG will get <$5 invoice waiving. I don’t know specifically whether your organisation is a personal one or not, but you can check by doing flyctl orgs ls - your personal org (if you still have one) will be have a “type” of PERSONAL.

I just uploaded a small wasp/react project for testing. My webpage project has 1-2 pages with small size. Moreover it didn’t got any traffic, and cost me 0.83 dollars just in 3 days. How this is possible.
I am using PAYG model. But that kind of money is too much. So I am sure that it will pass 5 dollars in 1 month of usage… Thus actually it cannot be free?
